Book 1 Page 4: Snevel

Snevel is for one a snake like monster with a shield like skin on the top of its head, much like a armodillo. The shield has a shape of a stretched W and covers the head and neck. Snevel sleeps almost all day long and rarely hunt when the sun is out, when the sun goes down however they turn into fearfull predators. For one their eyes have a small glowing effect, wich is nothing compared to the small pair of holes on each side. What makes this predator even worse is that it can turn off the glow and much like a chameleon, change its colors to fit its suroundings. The color of its shield and the stomach are always a dark grey like color and the base color of this monster is a reddish color. Its teeth are very sharp and have a blood like color on them as they pierce trough the flesh of its own mouth. It is very rare to find a Snevel at daytime as they sleep underground in small cave systems build by Spevs. Snevel is part of the Wynoniem family ranking in its second spot, even though it is one of the only Wynoniems that can only be found in Monesis. Although Snevels mostly eat Stolks they have been shown to eat larger prey (human sized) if they are near death. - Book 1 Page 5: Stolk - Stolks are one of the lesser species that cannot move by their own, and mostly stay in place after they are born. They come in all shapes and sizes, but 2 things are always the same: They have a body made of stone types and they have a plant like substance on the top of their head. After some research was done on this creature, it turns out the plants on the top of its head are used for blending in with nature, and to absorb moonlight using a special kind of substance that comes of the plant. They revert the light into a state of life energy wich keeps them alive. Stolks come from Monesis, but they have been shown to have families found in Opia and even Razmerath. How do you recognize if it is dead or alive? This can be seen by two things: 1 being the glow of the eye, even when it is darkened, it still gives if a little bit of glow. But if it is dead, it doesnt glow at all. Option 2 is a much easier way however, what color are the plants? Greenish, or yellow meens alive, while blackish or brown equals to being dead. -
