He offered me a hand, as if he wanted a handshake. "Let me tell you the real story, Man Rui. You have been kept in her side far too long."
This is my entry to 's "Live Evil" Contest. LOL The two characters belong to her. The theme is gothic. Hehehe... Originally, this was supposed to be some sort of a wedding scene, but then the mechanics said that it should be a scene from the fic. LOL. Stupid me. Anyway, this is my first gothic themed drawing. Hope you like it. Oh, and please read delurianne's Live Evil fic. Very nice story, I tell ya.
This was done in photoshop. I added noise so it would give off an eerie effect (eerie? um... not really sure about that term...). I had fun inking the piece. Took me a long time though (my poor ballpen finally lost its ink to this piece... gotta buy a new one).

Wow. I love the costumes. Yay someone who appreciates that sort of colonial-victorian stuffs. Lately I've been mostly seeing those punk egl things that I don't favor as much. There is alot of detail on these costumes very nice. Ah.. the guy's face seems to need more shading because it's at night and the moon is from behind. The shoulders seem slightly off balance. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not that great with shoulders. Over all very good job ^^

Thank you very much! LOL You're right about shoulders actually. Hehehe I only noticed the shoulders when I finished inking the piece. You could say that I got lazy and decided to just ignore them. LOL
About the shading of the guy's face, hehehe... I'm not really good at shading especially when it comes to a night scene.
