Urge to draw this. Was going to make a box for character choices but got lazy + school. Mostly done for practice on females hahahahahahaha....... (b//c in my other fanart there were only guys.)
I used a pretty inaccurate reference for madoka, so I apologise for the mistakes. Also, if I spelt anything wrong, please do inform me. Tired, apologies.
Ahhhhh, tbh I've never watched Madoka... only til episode 3, then got distracted. So I don't think Seras would win against a Deus Ex Machina? But I'm pretty sure the HELLSING world would win if there was a battle (Alucard ftwwwww)...

This is cool picture, but kind of strange match up - the fact that you never seen whole "Madoka" could explain this. And even though Seras Victoria is much more psychotic and cruel than cutesy Madoka, and even though Madoka is almost featless character, I have to say that it's most likely that she would win; in one of her incarnations, she took down Walpurgisnacht, city-buster witch with single shoot. Quite impressive considering that all of those weapons and explosives didn't even put a dent in Walpurgi:
