BIDDING & PAYMENT:1.1. Only real bets. You should only offer what you can pay. Therefore, you should not hide, edit or delete your bids without a good reason or contacting me.1.2. You must inform me within 48 hours after I sent you a personal message, otherwise I will send a message to the person who placed the bet before you (be prepared for the fact that you will have a chance to claim your rights, even if someone offers you more).1.3. Payment is made via Boosty or PayPal (if possible).1.4. No refunds/chargebacks. You don’t have the right to claim the design as something created by you. Please respect the author, I ask you to indicate that the author of the INK design is HOKI or ARIA FAUST. 2.4. You have the right to resell the design that belongs to you, but not more than the amount that you spent on it when you bought it, without additional investments and development. Please notify me of this. 3. YCHs & ARTWORK COMMISSIONS:3.1. When ordering an art commission or YCH, you have the right to ask for changes. However, if you ask for changes too many times, I reserve the right to request additional payment. 3.1.1. Minor changes can be made at any stage, even at the final stage, but not after approval. Therefore, check the work before accepting it.3.1.2. Major changes such as changing the angle, pose, character, etc., can only be made at the stage of the sketch, draft or color. At the next stages only for an additional fee of 50% of the cost of the work. At the final stage, no.3.3. You have the right to use the finished illustration anywhere, including avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc. 3.5. You do not have the right to use the finished work for commercial purposes, including making prints, NFT, etc. However, you have the right to print it for personal use or as a gift.3.5.1. If you want to use the work for commerce, please let me know. I also reserve the right to request additional payment. (All this is negotiated personally) 4. P2U/F2U BASES (LINEARTS):4.1. You have the right to use my Lineart for personal and commercial needs, including the creation of references and materials for adoptables.4.1.1. You can sell adoptables on any platforms and at any cost. 4.2. You have the right to add your own details or transfer them from my other Lineart, make any changes to the database. 4.3. You have no right to sell my Lineart.4.3.1.You have no right to give the P2U file to anyone for free.4.3.2. You can share or publish the F2U file with anyone and anywhere. 4.4. You have no right to remove the watermark or my signature.4.4.1. You must specify me as the creator of the original Lineart. 4.5. You may notice that my bases have their own color (Horse coat of my character DAREMOINAI, fleabitten grey horse and dark gray "markings"). You have no right to sell and/or issue this horse coat as your own adoptable or character. 5. USING ILLUSTRATIONS:5.1. You have permission to use my personal illustrations in your videos, articles and other resources, provided that you specify my link and my watermark remains intact.5.1.1. You have no right to use my personal illustrations as avatars and/or banners. 5.1.2. Ask permission if you want to use my personal illustration for desktop or phone wallpaper. 5.3. If you want to use my illustrations that depict other people's characters, you should also contact the author(s) of the character.5.4. You have no right to delete my watermark, edit my illustration, use filters for it and/or perform other types of manipulations without my permission.5.5. You have no right to use my illustrations as printouts and/or produce any goods in your offline/online store.5.5.1. You have no right to use my illustrations for commercial purposes in any way, for example, to make NFT, resell, etc. 6. ABOUT USING MY ORIGINAL CHARACTERS:6.1. I will be glad to any art that you decide to draw for me, but I ask you to familiarize yourself with the personal rules for each of my characters "What is possible and what is not desirable to draw". You can find these rules in the profile of the character in Toyhouse. 6.2. You have no right to use my original characters without my permission (for example, impersonate them, use them in any commercial way)6.3. You have no right to make my OCs, adopters and/or your characters.6.3.1. I do not forbid you to take any elements or details from some of my characters. But please don't cross the line. 6.3.2. If you take something from the characters from the "Nuris Setting" or copy it completely, the ban is permanent. I'm sorry, but these characters are very dear to me, it's equivalent to you stealing a loved one. I am grateful to you if you have read, understood these rules and will follow them. I warn you right away that for non-compliance with the rules, I reserve the right to ban you forever, and in some cases a more severe punishment may follow. Please understand this. If you, the owner of the design, illustration or something else I have drawn, and you are faced with some kind of offense (stealing a character and trying to sell it, stealing an illustration and using it for commercial purposes, etc.), you can contact me for help, maybe I can help you in some way.
