Description Part One of Four of my TMNT fanart idea that I did in some hours and few minutes last night.

Leonardo (Leo) from one of my favorite cartoon shows, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
If you remember Season 5, you'll know the dragon in the background very well.

Leo is my favorite.
