no, she's from my fanfic "The Legend of the Kage". Though I haven't really updated the pages just yet, this here is Mira, which is an ex-Foot soldier of Shredder, who betrayed the clan, burned down the camp, and escaped back to New York in order to find her parents. But she wasn't able to find them, and she soon became an orphan, and became a secret protector of the city before the turtles could even set foot on the surface.
