I know my cat anatomy is weird, but I was doing this from my heart, so I don't care about accuracy. Especially with how I've been feeling today.Rest in Peace Ash. June 2009-November 2009
This is for my lost baby, Ash.
We found him dead in the driveway today, but I do like to think he came home for his final resting place. What we can't figure out is how he came home. It appears he's been gone for a long time, so we don't know who dropped him off at our house or how they even recognized he was ours.

As I've said in the journal, I'm so sorry for your loss.
It's probably best to think that he died peacefully, and nothing else. That's all we ever want for those that pass away.
It doesn't matter how good or bad the anatomy is. It's more important to just remember Ash the way he is.
Your drawing of him here is very cute, and I love his eyes the most.

i know how it feels 
My poor cat Johnny was treated the same way when we found him..i thought someone put him in the bushes..but it looked more like he laid down there to pass...but who knows, maybe your cat did come back, just to say one last goodbye...i wouldnt doubt it for a second

Although his life was short, I'm sure he loved everything about it.
Well, with Ash, we're stil confused. It appears he's been gone for some time, yet he showed up in our driveway just yesterday. We have no idea who brought him back to us.

I know what it's like to lose a pet that's very close...I don't know how close you were to your pet,but I do know it's hard to lose a friend like that. An animal/pet is like a best friend. You lose them and you tend to feel lost...hurt. D>

I'm sure he'll have fun playing with our first cat, Ellie.
I'm very close to all my kitties. They're their own best friends in their own ways. Ash was a definate snuggler with me. It's always sad to see them go.
