Country Information:

Official Country Name: Republic of North Ingria, North Ingria, Kirjasalo. However for convenience he represent himself as North Saint Petersburg, even he prefer people to call him as North Ingria.

Capitol: Kirjasalo.

Languages: Ingrian Finns, Finns, as well Russian. Through his interaction with foreign countries he is also able to communicate in English.

Government: Currently under Russian rule. However, during the Republic times he have his own legislature, under the governing council.

Human Information:

Name: Rasmus Valtteri. Age Appearance: 22-23 years old. Nickname: Rasmus by most of people, Rash or Rashmuky by Russia as well Belarus and Ukraine.

Gender: Male.

Sexuality: Hetero.

Birthday: January 23, the date of the establishment of Republic in 1919.

General Human Info:

Personality: An skeptic, pessimist person, mostly due of his troubled past- from a failed attempt to be independent during Russian Civil War to Winter War, when he was forced to kill his own brother, Tino/Finland. He speaks in a business-like manner, but when in a close circle of friends, he's a bit more informal. He dislikes to be ignored, but due to his situation as a former nations, he is even feeling more invisible than Canada is.

Appearance: A typical North European person with a blonde, spiked hair. He would like to wear a casual shirts with a jackets. In winter, he would prefer to wear a khaki or grey trench-coats.

Relationships:

Finland: Have a love/hate relationship. At one time he hate Finland for not helping him to be independent while at the same time be grateful toward him since he not forgetting about his condition while under Russia rule as well his kind treatment toward Ingrian Finns who residing in his place. Russia: He treats him as just some clerk. Needless to say, he is not amused with it. He hate Russia especially for his misfortune during the Soviet times. Still, both have a good relationship with each other, and Russia knew that he could not industrialize without Ingrian trading ports, especially Saint Petersburg, and thus could not do without him. Estonia: A “neighbors next door” according to him. Compared with other Baltic countries like Latvia or Lithuania, his relations with him is much closer since both of them experienced many things together, ie. being treated as clerk while working with Russia during the Soviet times.
