Tracer: Noooot quite. I'm just kinda phased out of time, but I can control it now to move super fast!
Ahhh, I see, so you're not Sonic...you're actually Shadow! Heck, now that I think about it, you even have the right shoes for it!
Tracer: *looks at shoes* Umm...
Oooh! Oooh! say "Chaos Control!"
Tracer: Uhhh...Hey, I got a better one for you, GOTTA GO FAST! *zooms away*
*claps* Nice one! Now how about....wait a minute...I think she just ditched me...
Looking good so far! One question: Why make the sections in different colors? Does it have to do with perspective? Distance? Color dominance?

I like it, however, if I may, I'm going to make a few critiques. Okay? Okay.
If you look at her torso, then her right arm, and both legs, it looks as thought the torso is facing directly towards the viewer, but the arm and the legs look like they are at a complete side angle. I'd try to move the perspective on either the legs/arm or the face/torso/left arm so that the entire body doesn't look kind of twisted.
Other than that, everything looks good. I love her face, and hair, and the perspective on her left arm. It looks really good!
