this is actually the first picture I ever drew of these two together LMAO
... like. legit. this picture is from December 5th last year, not that long after reincarnationz first showed me her qt boyo hahaha :'D;;

anyway- I am Really In Love with my boy Aldric and his beloved boyfriend huSBAND Zieryn .. They are precious ?? and I am forever MAD at them for being so precious ?? ಥ_ಥ

.. but ofc, instead of drawing them cute and I fully blame Aldric's physical nature for this LMAO, I ended up drawing this instead- ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
which honestly is still kind of hilarious to me because I personally don't care for nsfw much lmao
I also had no idea how to go about this since like no exposure to it ?? but I think it turned out well considering I don't know how the hek- |D

iirc, I wanted to express Aldric's sexual nature but in a way that is also warm and affectionate- all things that are very much a big part of him as a person. :'>
He loves very deeply and without restraint, which I hope I at least somewhat managed to convey here. uvu

This was honestly a very interesting experiment in colour as well, because as I found out, the lighting colour alone had such a big influence on people's perception of this haha. |D Literally the warm overlay is the biggest offender here- without it, this drawing looked so much more innocuous?? LOL
I'll definitely be remembering that for the future though, because I kind of want to play around with lighting and atmosphere a lot more- uvu

BEING THAT THIS IS A FEW MONTHS OLD NOW and this was legit the first time I really drew them, I'm not suuuper pleased with their face shapes now but you know, that's bound to happen when you keep drawing them and figure them out better. =v=;

My fave things turned out to be the gold shading and subtle colour reflections on Zie's jewellery, the shading in Zie's hair, and the glow in Aldric's horns. ; w ;

You can definitely count on seeing more of these dumb husbands in the future but prooobably not anything vaguely nsfw again haha.
tho whether that's a good or bad thing is up for interpretation I guess ¯\_(*´ ▽ `)_/¯
