But yes! I wanted to do something easy because I honestly haven't been drawing much at all lately, aha.. sorry about that! ;n;

I also really wanted to try getting back into cell-shading. It's funny, because when I was younger, I used to cell-shade everything because I couldn't paint. I got into painting for a couple of years, and now I can't cell-shade. xD;

I'm fairly happy with this though, it could be a billion times better but I'm good with it for now. Not much else to say about this because it was kind of random. :b

On another note, I am working on that green OC, it's taking longer than I anticipated because I chose something I haven't drawn in ages whoops. =u=;
And uh, working on art trades too actually. Wish me luck! ;u;

Y'know what...I could never cell shade to save my life. :T soft-smudgy shading is easier to hide the i-dont-know-what-i'm-doing-ness. xD

Omglool.. that is exactly the reason why I used to do a lot more soft-shading than cell-shading. But cell-shading forced me to actually work on my shading and make it work instead of avoiding it. :b
( kind of like drawing characters with their hands behind their back to avoid drawing them )
I mean, I went from this to this .. so if anything, I'd recommend you try to cell-shade if you've got the time. ouo;

I've been trying to find a chibi style that I'm happy with for years and I've only just found it this year. n__n;
