Description Black Widow dwells in a deep dark cave, where she takes her drugged, posioned &/or hypnotized victims - none of them would even know how they died until they're dead! Being half-human & half-spider, she has 4 human arms & 4 spider legs.

This illustration was inspired by Arachne. In Greek mythology, Arachne was a famous, talented & overconfident mortal weaver who challenged Athena to a weaving contest. The goddess, enraged at Arachne's insulting depitction of the immortals in her tapestry, cursed Arachne & turned her into a spider.
