Life is a difficult prospect when you are, and will remain, a reticent monster.I am deficient in iron. My sallow hands are paler than the paper on which I draw. Recently I have been incredibly sad. I, unlike Theseus, have no woolen strand to retrace my steps.
Cruelty is something I cannot abide in my life. I cannot understand the pleasure, the indulgence, in hurting your closest. Someone very close to me is causing me great suffering. I feel I must explain. This drawing is a product of that.

since the Minotaur appears so strong with such broad shoulders, the "small" ignored things that affect him; the sallow hands, the lack of iron,
and the frivolous painful words that are expected to glance off a minotaurs thick skin, and yet instead stick and penetrate and hurt sometimes go
unnoticed or ignored by those closest.

Wow...every detail of the muscles are greatly shaded and defines with just the right amount of shading. I can most definately tell that this Minotaur is shy. The reason probably is that he hasn't been around of lot of people.

The drawing has a lot of emotions coming from it... :/ And him being bare gives us even more the impression of being uncomfortably shy.

Great work, lots of meaning and a very nice drawing! Nice anatomy, the usual would have been the gym kind of body, this one fits mo better a minotaur.
To bad it was inspired by real trouble, but usually art is so much about self expression, hope everything's better by now.
