Because I wanted to practise backgrounds again. I still have struggles with creating a working texture for mountains but well, that's what I'm practising for.
Entirely digital again, but yes, I will keep doing traditional pieces because I just love working with inks and watercolors

It could almost come from a book I'm re-reading right now. There's a northern mountain country containing herds of "vesta", something like an elk but with white hair, purple eyes, and golden crescent-shaped horns.
