originally just a sketch idea or whatever, but now also part of my own little Wing AU because why nowSteve has bold eagle wings obviously...
I mean c'mon he's already born on July 4th, he might as well be the full American national icon.
But the wings were very small pre-serum, and most people would not believe they were bold eagle wings when they saw them. He also couldn't fly too well (asthma, weak muscles, etc) so he walked WAY more than flew. Even after the serum he still preferred ground combat rather than aerial mainly because he just Couldn't Fly almost at all. Like he just never learned to fly at high speeds or do Anything....
