HAPPY NEW YEAR NIGS.You know how i said i'd totes draw Deadmau5+daft Punk+member from Teddybears? I did! *jazz hands*
Don't know if any of you know the Teddybears, but you should. Electro-rock-reggae-pop-something-swedes.
They wear giant scary teddybears heads.. and their eyes glow. Saw them live at Roskilde festival, shit was so cash. They really know how to start a party. Sadly I can't really find a live video in good quality soundwise, except for this one: [link]
I love how the crowd's all silent/completely dead, because it's a gala and not a concert. It's so wrong. Fav song is cobrastyle [link] it always works.
I saw Deadmau5 live a year before at Roskilde too. Can't really remember much though, as i was pretty.. egghh.. intoxicated at the moment (so was everyone else i suspect) but the lightshow was fuckawesome and it was described in reviews as "biggest party of the year" with gold stars and all, so i guess it was boss.
Daft Punk's only been to Denmark once in 1997... motherfuckers
I had a really hard time drawing those goddamn fireworks for some reason. Fuck them. I guess the subtle joke of having the lone swede being the only one not able to hold his drink is lost if you're not from Scandinavia/haven't interacted with swedes gone drinking in Copenhagen. Hejsan yourself man. Snygg motherfuckers.

He's holding a piece of Kransekage, a traditional Norwegian and danish cake/desert.
In Denmark it's a tradition to eat it on New Year's Eve. No Kransekage no party man.

Ffffff I know how you feel. :C I only seem to know when Deadmau5 is going to be where I live AFTER he already left. I wouldn't be surprised if Daft Punk has NEVER stepped foot in my state.
I've never heard of Artrage, though it seems like a nifty program, considering what you can do with it. Is it free?

I had a hard time making that teddybear head NOT look menacing, constant rapeface you know? So i figured he might as well play the role.
Artrage's a great painting program, it can be a bit frustrating at times though. All the tools work like their real life counterparts, so if you paint over something on the same layer, the colours blend and smudge. It's not free,I pirated mine though, but you can download a demo from the official website here: [link]

I think it's mostly because both acts wear funny headgear.. That's actually the only explanation i have. And a lot of people who're into Daft Punk like Deadmau5 too.

Yeahh, but it was two years ago. He wasn't as famous then, i didn't know him. I went because i saw his giant mouse head on the promotion pictures and thought it looked cool. But i wasn't really in the crowd, so many people. So many glowsticks. So much rave.
