Good piece of work mate! Really like it! Overall contrast of the light and dark values is good too Few suggestions from me? use the pencil strokes to define the form. Try not to do it randomly. Despite a minor anatomical error( right eye-orientation) 'tis a impressive piece of work. One more tip: try to get hold of a fashion magazine and do some referenced drawings, say two drawings per a week? Would be a great source of practice. Just a thought.

Thanks so much for the advice and the fave. Haha, yeah I'm working on that... In general, I just use B pencils for shading and smudging etc and H pencils to define features. I don't really take into account the 4B and 2B and all that. I really should. ^_^ I might try to do some referenced drawings - it's a really great idea - but I don't think I'll be able to do 2 drawings a week as school starts soon and exams are coming up.

wow, your best so far definitely! you should be proud. it's incredible. id give so much to be able to draw like that. love the hair and lips especially.
