Like the title says, I don't make bases. This means

Aww, you're such a kind person, thank you for taking the time to drop me a note about it. I understand many times our pics are around because people share them, so it's not always possible to know who the artist is (this is why I wish re-posters would credit properly, haha). In this case it's a commission for someone else (Ifabulicious), so if you'd like to use the pic, you can ask her for permission (^^)
