Watching the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince film made me remember why I started liking Draco a lot when I read that book. I like thinking of HBP only when I think of Draco, that way I can really like him and find him interesting.Draco was probably one of the few things from that film I have no complaints about, so I felt like drawing him. I made two versions, I hope you'll like them!

You draw one hottie Draco...I like him. I feel like he has good in him. He's no goody-two-shoes, but he's not a psycho killer maniac evil person either. Just a snob and a brat. His whole family...they got caught up in all the evil accidentally...family I suppose. I have a soft spot for Draco. Love this drawing

I'm sorry, I'm rather new to digital art, but how do you copy an image onto the same picture and how do you create the splatter affect? Of course, it may be different because I use Adobe...

You either merge all layers or put them all into a layer folder, then select it, copy-paste and move it to the right. There you have the same image twice (^^)b
I drew the splatter with a normal pen, it's not any special effect.
