You'd be amazed at what some artists do. Like there are some artists that I really enjoy their work but EVERY female character has GIGANTIC breasts and it's just annoying. I know lots of people love giant boobs, but dammit it gets boring after a while! I like seeing the small ones a lot more. Probably because I actually have extremely large breasts and know how uncomfortable they can be.
