" Behind the door I found the complete whiteness, like I entered a glass of milk, a cup of creams, a cloud of cotton. All the calm and quietness were there, only nice feelings invaded my soul. Behind me the door was still openend and I went to close it gently, so i wanted to keep hearing that gentle quietness around me.In a glance I fell over the stairs and found myself lying on the floor again, in a cold yet fairly soft pain. The only white I could see now was on the paramedics shirts. Beside that i there were only the grey of the street stones and the red and blue lights. I wish was inside the creams..."

i love the way u describe this picture. entering a glass of milk, cup of cream, a cloud of cottton. metaphorically expresses the photo. very nice contrasts done. loves it.

We like this shot a lot, but i found quite hard to express my feelings about it. Something hit me and I think I got inspired , so i think made it anyway.
The contrasts were digitally adapted to get that effect. I just increased a little bit brightness and contrast and teh dorr became "floating". I guess 'm proud of what we achieved...
And, most of all, I'm quite flattered you like it that much. Thanks for everything.

A great photograph, however I think maybe the contrast is a bit too much as the border around the door and the window does disappear. Personally I think it'd look a lot better with it being a lot darker round the stone borders but nonetheless this is a great piece, and is worthy of a

Yes, I increased the contrast a bit so that the borders faded. But that was completely intentional since I tryed to give it a slight surreal look. I think I achieved my goal, so I guess I'm satisfied with the final result.
Anyway thanks a lot for the comment, the favourite and especially the constructive critic. Critics are usually a huge help in our improvement process as photographers. Deviantart and it's deviants have been a enourmous help.
