Surprise! But is that really still a surprise? It was rather predictable, wasn't it? Haha.

A Handplates!Gaster plushie! I already got a super great plushie from Skelligiri a few years ago for my birthday (and I still love him ♥), but when I found this pattern through my ramblings on the internet, it was all over me. Finally, a pattern I could use to make a Gaster in roughly the same style as the official Fangamer plushies! This was my goal!

However, I had some... "issues" with him, lol.
First attempt ended up being too small. So I had to start over. The small version is still sitting around unfinished at my place, maybe I'll make another Kid!Gaster version sometime, haha.
Then I had had 3 tries with his head until it finally turned out the way I envisioned it. First, the problem was that my own embroidery designs didn't convert well for my machine. Then the sizes of the heads were also not matching the body.... But as it is now, it turned out well!

It took some time and patience. In the end, it turned out about the way I envisioned it. Even if I got the thought in the middle that Gaster has become a bit too chubby. Well, so be it. But thanks to Shannon Minky he has become super fluffy ♥

By the way, I don't know if I should keep him haha. But I think so. Don't think anyone might buy him from me for over 200 Euros, LOL.

The plushie has a height of about 29 cm (~11,4"). In total, I needed ~35.5 hours for him. Not counting the time I invested in his first, little body...

The plushie has the following extras:
Embroidered face
The coat can be put on or taken off him at will!
ID card on the coat
You can pull up his pant legs so you can see his "bone legs", lol.

Embroidery templates are from Noxxplush
Pattern for the coat is from AntiqueLilac , edited by me
Patterns for the head, pants, turtleneck are from me

Überraschung! Wobei, ist das wirklich noch eine Überraschung? War eher abzusehen, oder? Haha.

Ein Handplates!Gaster Plüschie! Ich habe zwar bereits ein super tolles Plüschie von Skelligiri vor ein paar Jahren zum Geburtstag bekommen (und ich liebe ihn immer noch ♥), aber als ich durch meine Streifzüge im Internet dieses Schnittmuster gefunden hatte, war es um mich geschehen. Endlich ein Muster, mit dem ich einen Gaster im ungefähr gleichen Stil wie die offiziellen Fangamer-Plüschies machen konnte! Das war mein Ziel!

Allerdings hatte ich so meine... "Probleme" mit ihm, lol.

Erster Versuch endete damit, dass er zu klein wurde. Also musste ich neu anfangen. Die kleine Version liegt noch unfertig bei mir herum, vielleicht mache ich noch eine Kid!Gaster Version, haha.

Dann hatte ich 3 Versuche mit seinem Kopf gehabt, bis es endlich so wurde, wie ich es mir vorstellte. Zum einen war das Problem, dass meine eigenen Stickmuster nicht gut umsetzbar waren für meine Maschine. Dann waren die Größen der Köpfe auch nicht zum Körper passend... Aber so, wie es jetzt ist, ist es gut geworden!

Er hat einiges an Zeit gefressen und Geduld gefordert. Letztendlich ist er ungefähr so geworden, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Auch, wenn ich mittendrin den Gedanken bekam, dass Gaster doch ein bisschen zu pummelig geworden ist. Naja, sei es drum. Dafür ist er dank Shannon Minky super flauschig geworden ♥

Ich weiß übrigens nicht, ob ich ihn behalten soll, haha. Doch ich denke schon. Glaube nicht, dass ihn mir einer für über 200 Euro abkaufen mag, LOL.

Das Plüschie hat eine Höhe von ca. 29 cm. Insgesamt habe ich für ihn knapp 35,5 Stunden benötigt. Ohne die Zeit, die ich in seinen ersten, kleinen Körper investiert habe...

Das Plüschie hat folgende Extras:

Gesticktes Gesicht

Der Kittel kann ihm beliebig an- oder ausgezogen werden!

ID-Karte am Kittel
Man kann ihm die Hosenbeine hochziehen, sodass man seine "Knochenbeine" sieht, lol.
