Shun's partner. Based on Pichu too, just like Shun is because "original" I guess.
He's a hero run, even though he doesn't have that long antenna on the top of his head. I just didn't feel like drawing it all the time and it got annoying and I kinda got lazy, lol I think I've drawn him this one before, but anyway. The bowtie is the newest thing on him, that's all, really.Anyway... yep. That's it. Enjoy.
