With the help of agudner and restored ancient weapons, they inflicted impossibly high casualties before munitions ran out and the fort was overrun- Yet even then, they found ways to cause further harm despite their defeat.

Lexi, Chepe and Choco stayed behind to ensure the research, machines, technology and weapons would be destroyed... They succeeded, but were captured, unable to escape the overrun fort. The brutal general, enraged by this, would see to it that they suffered.
Nanoi, Flamingo and Holder led the enemy away from the others as they fled the fortress... An act that cost them their lives. They lie decomposing in a hole, having all fought and died.
Wingman and Raira fled into the caves, escaping their pursuers through dangerous, extremely narrow and pitch-black tunnels. Without supplies, they regroup in the mouth of a cave... They intend to find the other survivors and regroup.
Red and Larobi were able to get away, now braving the Talyxian forest... They are lost, but not alone, and determined to reach Gold ring.
Vaskana was pre-emptively escorted from the fort by Gold Ring officials, against her will and without her sons. Her expertise was too valuable to lose. She prays that she hasn't lost her children.
