You can, if you come to Berlin, Germany, it´s easy to make on a day trip from there, if you don´t want to crawl to deep into every building - what you shouldn´t as parts could be contaminated and the concrete is disintegrating at some spots.
But overall the area is easy accessible if you keep your eyes open.
