The first of the series is finally finished!! started beginning of December, finished January...what 14? Well here she is, the Ruby Princess Roxanne. I decided they needed an upgrade. Gold breastplate and a kickass dragon. This character, as well as her 3 sisters, are from the jewel kingdom books by Jahnna N. Malcolm. These were my favorite books as a kid and i really wanted to do some fan art. The 3 other sisters are the Diamond princess Demetra, the Emerald princess Emily, and the Sapphire princess Sabrina. All coming soon. originally done in pencil crayon.....for once it looks better on the page than on the comp. but i still love it.Related content

I remember this! My friend and I were OBSESSED with this series. I was Roxanne for Halloween in third grade, and no one knew who I was. Great picture by the waY!

when I was younger my three friends and I used to pretend to be the four sisters. I was Emily, wow this picture brings back memories. I think I still have the books floating around somewhere.

wow me too! my friends and i used to pretend, it was so much fun. we had the rings and necklaces too. I was usually Roxanne. The books are sitting in my room, but i never got the last four and now i'm looking for them.
