Yes, thank you! I'm so tired of people looking down on the ones who have anger issues, like me. I've had anger issues since I was a kid and it progressed after puberty, and I'm in so much emotional pain because I don't know why I'm so fucking angry. Sometimes I'm obviously angry for a reason, like when someone pisses me off or something like that. But sometimes I feel anger inside of me for no reason at all, and it's so strange and tiresome. I hate it, I hate myself, I hate feeling like I'm constantly losing control. I wish that anger issues weren't so fucking overlooked and belittled.Β

"Anger issues" aren't an excuse for socially unacceptable behaviour.

for things like murder, it's not an excuse. But there are some things people end up doing cause they can't control themselves. And having anger issues isn't an excuse in the first place.Β

You need to be able to control yourself. Having anger issues and not being able to control yourself is not an excuse. Unless you have a diagnosable mental illness and cannot tell the difference between right and wrong, you're responsible for your actions. I understand it must be difficult to have anger issues, and I sympathise, but if you can't handle being in society or control yourself when you get angry than you should be getting help, not trying to make excuses.

not everyone can afford to get help, and even if they can, talking to a professional doesn't do anything for some people. Oh, and if u really sympathize, then act like you do.

I can sympathise without thinking that anger issues are an excuse for bad behaviour. If your anger issues are so severe that you can't function in society, than getting help should be one of the first things you're doing.

yeah, tell me how to live my life, that works. Either way, not everyone has a boatload of money they can spend for something with no guarntee.Β

There's no need to get hostile. How you live your life is none of my business, and, to be frank, I don't really care how you live your life. I'm giving my two cents on people with anger issues, not you specifically. I'll repeat myself, if someone has such severe anger issues that theyΒ can't function in society, than getting help should be a top priority.

Some act angry just to be annoying, while some truly have anger issues, so I can see your point..
