A commissioned signature piece for Fuego of the BBA, of her character Fuego and Fuego's mate, Subaku no Gaara(fan-char). This was ordered by one of her friends.

I've used dodge tool, and the strand thingy
but all else fails.. i need to learn how to properly use it ><

I just take a dark base and use a brush with low transparency to lighten it bit by bit, making the color brighter and the brush smaller as I work into the detail. But that's the easy way out. I actually have no clue how to really color shiny hair the good way. I bet there are some good tuts out there.
