Description
This is Greed, the Homunculus from the manga and anime Full Metal Alchemist.I did this using the pen tool and a very small amount of shape tool on Illustrator on my spare time.

I have another version of this though the only difference is the teeth line is slightly darker and the stroke for the nose is thicker
