Luigi shuffled around in Princess Peach's castle, whistling a little tune as he peered out the grand windows. The wind seemed to tickle the pine trees outside, causing snow to sprinkle off the branches and fly into the air. He tugged at his hoodie before continuing on to the next hallway.

Tap, tap, tap...

Luigi quickly jerked his head to the right just in time to see an orange flash whisk off his distinguished hat. His brown hair ruffled up in an awkward angle and his hands quickly tried to pat it down.

"Got'cha hat Luigi!" Daisy giggled as she tipped her crown off her head and gingerly placed the green hat on her head. With a twirl of a finger, she recklessly flung her crown towards Luigi... who caught it with bumbling hands.

"Eh, Daisy?! Don't snatch my hat like that!" He gave a weak smile, "You almost gave me a heart attack."

"Ah nonsense!" Daisy retorted. She walked over and took her crown from Luigi's hands. Without warning, she teasingly placed the crown quickly on Luigi's head. Luigi reddened a bit to feel Daisy's fair hands trying to brush his hair to fit the crown. With a laugh, Daisy gripped the green cap on her head and leaped down the hallway,

"If you want your hat back, catch me if you can!"

Well, here's my late Christmas/New Years pic. -_-;;

I initially sketched it out to be an entry for the , but due to my winter vacation trip, I couldn't be around to submit it. *sighs*
But I have to admit, the entries were awesomely epic, so I'm glad I didn't submit.

I hate to rant about what's wrong with the pic. XD There are way too many mistakes. But then again, I'm really harsh on myself.
