I still have some of these! x]As a villain the Xemnas is one of my favorites, and his final form in KH II is very interesting,... and very HARD. xD

When I told him about this theory, my little brother pointed out that the Twilight Thorn and Sorcerors, at least, are probably copying Xemnas instead of the other way around. But they're only using the most basic applications of his weapon and abilities.
Theoretically, Xemnas could do ANYTHING with his power to mimic other elements through Nothingness, but he never does anything that hasn't been done before.
Master Xehanort has a lot of the same problems in KH3, but that's probably verging into spoiler territory.

Good. I mean, all the light and darkness in the worlds and what does he do with it? He shoots giant laser beams. Yawn! Plus, it was a fatal error to assume just forcing Sora to use darkness would make Sora any easier to beat. That was one satisfying beatdown.

Except Xehanort wasn't creative at all. He was literally following a script the whole time. And after how many times he's waffled back and forth about his motivations, I don't think he even has a reason to do what he does. He was certainly destructive, though.

Honestly, defeating the Lingering Will guy was easier... At least in my hopinion... Then again I used the 'Final Form' a lot and with the Ultima keyblade paired up with the MushroomXIII keyblade since thay have pretty high and similar stats...

I haven't tried any of them, I got to the end of the game in one file but then my PS3 died so I started from scratch on the PS4 edition and haven't replayed KH2 yet. xD

Trust me when I tell you this then: The Lingering Will and the Data XIII are hard to beat if your only way to fight/play is 'mash the attack button till its dead' specially the Data Demyx one...

Oh and a little advice? Always carry recovery items when you face those guys, they might be limited in use but the fact that the effects are instantaneous helps a heck of a lot. Especially on the Demyx battle and his water clones.

They had no chance of success after sitting on this for fourteen years while (not) working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII. They did their best to rush it out all at once, though. I suppose I should be happy KH3 isn't as much of a glitchy mess as Sonic the Hedgehog '06.
