Hi there! Seems like we both ended up on the userpage of the same random deviant, and I got curious about you.
Wow, that drawing is very good, you've really managed to capture the shape of the pillow and the little animal well. And let's not forget that the hedgehog is absolutely adorable! 
We once found a lost one in our garden, it was still a baby so my Mum took her in and gave it food and shelter for a while. Then its mother turned up, so we let go of it, but it was a really nice experience.

I hope so too, because if there's one thing we've learned during our time with ours is that we would not have been able to take care of it ourselves. We didn't know anything about hedgehogs so it was lucky that its mum turned up, otherwise it would not have suvived. Though I guess if you ask for advice from a veterinarian it could work out. Let's hope for the best!
