Description
Another master villain for my Champions campaign. I guess this is what you get when to cross The Green Goblin, Iron Man and Venom.Hopefully he will be a good advesary for my players.

I needed a villain for my Champions campaign. My players are similar to The Shadow, Spider Man and Marvel Girl. I felt they needed a well financed villain who did more evil in and out of costume then the regular baddie. So I though about the Green Goblin and Norman and what they are to Spidey. As I don't like making clones of established villains I try to mash up some things to make them different.

Essentailly he has a power suit that enhances his stats. He's going to be the Norman Osbourne of my campaign....thus the Goblin reference. Not sure what else he will have yet. Only just finalized the look.

Ah....never heard of him. Looked him up saw many versions of him. But as I read a lot more DC I'm not surprised I don't know him.
