Those were always the comics my mom would pick up for me whenever she went to the grocery store since she was afraid I would be exposed to "adult" things otherwise.Β Looking back, I snicker since a few issues of the Animaniacs comics had Hello Nurse in pretty risque stories like fighting a sexy catgirl or dealing with her just-as-hot evil twin sister in a wrestling match.
It's amazing the stuff comic publishers put in their books back then since nowadays it's the total opposite.
