Yep,it happened.Let us delve into the past life of Dr.Chipps...I'm revising his past again -_-
So here's a little of Ol' Tom's histery-er history.

Baby Tommie: No fur yet(But there is hair lol),blind and often attempts to escape the crib in a mission to crawl into almost every space in the house.Born to Jewish parents in Plymouth,England;the baby had a pretty much ordinary life.

Seven-year-old Thomas: His family immigrated to America,and settle there since.Due to his accent,teeth and enormous glasses, other kids
immediately considered him a nerd,and he was often avoided,save for a few friends.His high grades and bookishness further cemented his reputation.Collecting shiny objects and spying on people are among his hobbies

That Kid they call Tom: Fussy little kid who'd tell the teacher on others.Tom became even more reclusive and quite cynical,he dedicated himself to further studying,quietly planning the demise of his "enemies"(especially the ones who called him or his sisters nerds),obtaining more shinies and secretly throwing rocks at enemy residences (hitting windows means good times,hitting enemies means pure ecstasy).

The Nice Boy Next Door: The time he tried to fit in.Pre-teen Tom ditched the glasses in favor of contacts,wore sneakers and stopped wearing his father's old clothes.Became friendlier and got into baseball,pitching for the school team;while keeping his grades on top.He soon met Marshal Thorndyke and they became friends since then.Despite of the positive changes he had,he also became manipulative,attention-seeking and a little more...mischievous.An expert on shifting the blame on others when caught,he will not hesitate to pick on anyone if he can get away with it.

The Revenge of The Nerd: He soon got bored of being "cool".Teenage Tom returned to his glasses and loafers;becoming a reclusive nerd once again.Fiercely determined,goal-oriented and opportunistic while being silly and friendly on the outside.He entered TUFF Academy and specialized in medicine.His early interest in marksmanship and mechanics also helped him in training.

Agent Chippendale: Finally became a fully-fledged agent.One of the most prolific members of TUFF,Tom seemed to have a bright future ahead of him.But his secret association with several criminal organizations were soon disclosed by top agent Kitty Katswell,which costed him his job and dignity.After being kicked out of TUFF with disgrace,and gained much more freedom,he decided to get revenge on TUFF and Agent Katswell.

Current Affairs: Currently living in Petropolis.Posing as an eccentric dentist named Norman Chipps,with a villainous persona named "Professor Doomsday".
In TMX however,he joined the terrorist organization TOOR to gain even more infamy.He met up with Marshal again,surprised that he also became a terrorist.Though he admire Wreckage's power and he's pretty much loyal to him,he doubts his ability as a leader,especially after Schism's betreyal.
