You do not know how much Dash pissed me off in Star Fox Command. He was one of the many things that made that game the worst in the series!

I mean he started off sorta interesting. A descendent of Andross who is ashamed of what his father did and wants to remedy it all. Throughout the game you see him working to clean his family's name and that he doesn't want to be like Andross and Andrew were!

But then in the various endings with him, he essentially goes "Eh screw it, I'm just gonna become the next Andross because, reasons!" Yes he is related to Andross, but it just comes out of nowhere, especially with how he was in the previous parts of the game! He just suddenly goes from being a remorseful son who is ashamed of his dad and what he did, to essentially Andrew Oikonny all over again! And while I do not mind Andrew Oikonny, I am not fond of just another clone of him, especially with how Andrew Oikonny does SOMEHOW show up in that game too (even though he was SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!)
