December Raffle Rules

To join this raffle  this & leave a comment on the deviation to get a number.

Winner will be chosen by a random generator on 3rd of January
Don't claim that you made the original design and credit me if you draw the design or have others draw the design.

The new owner is allowed to make any changes in the design (change colors, add any features to it, etc.)

No reselling for money or points. I don't mind trading for art or other adoptables though, but you have to notify me about the new owner.

My 4th december raffle, I've planned to do at least five but perhaps it might be more. Now unlike my Advent calendar the raffle prizes will colored traditionally (as this how began with adoptables) save for the wings and glitter on fairies outfits. As for this girl, this again the result of a martial arts film marathon but I cannot bring myself to dislike it. Last raffle will be uploaded tomorrow.

Mystical Martial Arts [Wǔ Báihuà  (舞白化, Whiteout Dance)]
Ability to utilize mystical combat in multiple forms of martial arts. Many of those who train in martial arts gain superhuman capabilities by learning to harness multiple forms of magic or other supernatural abilities. Some techniques are often either a form of excellence or perfection of an existing martial art and sometimes users of the original tend to change or innovate the martial art to make it their own.

Frigokinetic Combat
Power to to utilize snow manipulation with their physical combat, allowing them to both create tools and weapons for attack and manipulate the environment for their advantage (freezing the ground, sudden ice-walls, etc.

Snow Manipulation
The ability to create, shape and manipulate snow, precipitation in the form of flakes of crystalline water ice. Because snow is composed of small ice particles, it is a granular material with an open and therefore soft structure, unless subjected to external pressure. Snowflakes come in a variety of sizes and shapes, with types that fall in the form of a ball due to melting and refreezing, rather than a flake, are known as hail, ice pellets or snow grains.

Cold Immunity
Ability to be completely unharmed by cold, being completely invulnerable to direct and indirect effects.

Blizzard Creation
Ability to create snow storms by combining of cold, winds and snow, sleet, hail, and/orice to create blizzards of varying power. They can make a snow day at the cost of a natural disaster and disable ground and air traffic for stalling time.
