I was invited to go clowning last night with a couple of friends. I'm in the process of working on a brand-new clown costume, but since I'm only about 30% done with it, I decided to just go as my classic clown (the one in the top hat) with a slight change in makeup. He was created back in 2010 for my very first haunt, and boy oh boy, does he have some good memories associated with him!These photos are of us in Wal-Mart. Our last stop of the night was McDonalds, where we asked the gal behind the counter if she'd seen our cousin, Ronald. Hurrururrrr. XD So clever. Can't even handle it.
...I quite literally have nothing better to do on a Saturday night than terrorize grocery stores and fast food places. And you know what, I am perfectly okay with that.

i adore clowns, jesters, pierrots and mimes of all sorts. it sucks that they have the stereotype that they do, because a big majority are total sweethearts who just want to have fun and spread joy. 'killer' or 'creepy' clowns are just people prancing around and trying to terrify people, but REAL clowns are the opposite.
i mostly like Japanese street fashion/victorian fashion and wear it daily, but I also like sometimes wearing clown or jester clothing/makeup. it's super fun.

Yep, we're in Wal-Mart! It was one of the only places we could think of where we wouldn't get in trouble. And, we're clowns because people are afraid of clowns! I don't understand why, really... but if you want to get some good scares, dressing as a clown is the way to go!

clouds are the stupidest evil is beans on the planet! did I mention they are pure evil. do believe me when you see the nightmare sketch of Brave Little Toaster. it will scare you and no not the cloud it. that thing is a loser.

I've never seen The Brave Little Toaster! I just looked up the clip of the clown on YouTube, though, and yep... He's definitely freaky. But I love freaky!

oh dude you have got to see. Animation Horrors by NerNerdyMilesKritic on YouTube. basically he basically talks about our childhood nightmares in our cartoons movies or shows. there's only 15 episodes so far. and there are some movies that I never even heard of. you're not the only one like creepy sayings

I've always wanted to go to a Wal-Mart as Fannybelle and try out one of their fatty scooters. Problem is I would blend right in.

Oh is this the clown costume in your DD pic? It's very schnazzy! If I were present I would in fact not be present I would be hiding somewhere in those coats in the background because I do not trust clowns they make me nervous

*laughs* People like you are what makes dressing up as a clown so much dang fun. XD And yes, this is that very same costume! I'm glad you like it. 
I'm currently in the process of creating a new clown costume, too. Most of it so far was purchased at the same thrift shop, but every article of clothing drowns me so I'm pretending I know what I'm doing and trying to alter it.

YOU MUST DO THIS. YOU MUST. It's one of those activities in which you forget aaaall your troubles and just plain have fun. I think that part of the reason I love costumes so much is because the REAL me comes out--the me that doesn't get stressed over little things, or easily hurt by people's words.
The girl behind the counter laughed and said she hadn't seen Ronald. I went, "WELP, WE ONLY HAVE TWO-HUNDRED MORE MCDONALDS TO GO. C'MON, GUYS"
But we stayed and got ice cream and slushies. XD
