the LOCE means "organic constitucional education law" (i guess that's the order in the translation). this law was approved one day before Pinochet leaves the government after 17 years of dictatorship. this law was the education lagacy of the militar government and today after 16 years of a fake democracy the students decided to countermand the law with a lot of demonstrations and ocupations of the schools and universities.
and that day a group of students take of their clothes and paint their bodies to create a mediatic demonstration against the LOCE... and it works fine
