AHHH You added a background and it looks so beautiful!! ;u; I really love how you drew the kelp (or seaweed???) in the corner; I especially like the slight motion blur you added, it really feels like it's moving in the water c: And the reflections on the water's surface are so niiice, I just really like how you did the lighting!
