This is Moonstone from the Thunderbolts .

This was done as a pre commission piece for the Pittsburgh Comic Con that happend 3 weeks ago.

I commissioned this from a good friend of mine. . Rich Bernatovech. Rich is a good friend of mine who runs a independent comic book company called Drumfish Productions. He is the writer of a graphic novel that was one of the of first to go independent publishing as a graphic novel called the sentinels. Its a very good book about a group of heroes that deals with super hero situations along with real life stuff. Its a 4 parter and a very good 4 parter. If you see him a con, talk to him and buy a book. you wont be disappointed.

anyway Moonstone continues my Thunderbolts kick. I asked Rich to do this for me and he was all surprised since that he is a writer first and an artist second...that i would never commission him. Well i did, his art has been getting better and better with his sketch a day project and i thought he could do a really good Moonstone. Well I was sure right. he did do a good moonstone. I love the pose and the coloring with her...especially the fire in the background. I am surely impressed by it. Thanks again Richie for the piece.
