i have got Vectorian Giotto now. but for some reason i cant get this base onto it. i need help

You can't import swf or fla files into Vectotian Giotto but you could import this base frame per frame. To do so use the download link in the description, unzip the file and then use the 'import' function in the upper left corner somewhere, to import the separate png frames of my cycle.

wait i have found a way. sorry that you had to write all that out 4 nothing 
but im still having trouble with editing it. like i cant put the mane on and i cant do anything else

You were able to import the swf file? or just the separate frames?
Unfortunately it seems like you can't create new shapes out of lines in vectorian. You need to create one of the premade shapes and adjust it to the more complex form you wish.

I like it. Don't get me wrong. But don't you think its a little slower than how they run? Especially the stallions who tend to run faster than the mares.

I chose 24 fps to show the animation better of course I can let him run faster

I uploaded the animation also frame per frame these are simple pngs you should be able to edit them (I personally like Gimp more).

It works much better than Paint, but I currently don't have it installed on my computer because I'm using a laptop. GIMP is on my Internet Free Desktop XD
