It's fantastic! I love the transition of Mephiles' first form to his second.

It's lookin' really good! The only thing that I feel is a little off is the proportion of Mephiles' left arm elbowing Shadow. It seems smaller than the the other arms at present that are more in the forefront that the elbowing hand - in other words just make the hand a little bigger to keep in perspective.
Other than that, awesome drawing. I would color this myself when I'm done with school in two weeks time! XD
