I'm on the side of the fandom that doesn't believe Sonic is afraid of water. He hasn't shown it in any of the canon games, he's even water-biked w/o fear and w/o a life jacket. He's only shown it in non-canon appearances (like Boom).

I wouldn't give them realistic hands and feet, I would draw their hands more cartoon like and give them paw-like feet xD I think it would look better like that in my opinion......and I can't believe how good your art is OH MY GOD
