Saturotate is the evolved form of Rotorbit. It does not evolve into another Pokemon.

Light Dex Entry: Growing to colossal scales, Saturotate often serve as homes for smaller Pokemon. They can grow even larger, out in the reaches of space.
Dark Dex Entry: Bits and pieces of metal form around their body, creating their signature ring. Appearing to be made out of gas, their orange body is a fully solid material.
