What I thought the comic was telling:
A cold winter day in Gensokyo, Sakuya walks outside to see if Meiling is doing her job properly. As she is walking a gust of wind blows and makes her colder. She then sees Meiling sleeping and proceeds to punish her. Then she stops as she sees her shivering. Instead she takes off her scarf and wraps it around Meiling so she won't be as cold. Then she leaves smiling to herself.

Well... As long as the idea is good, or in this case the story, the art doesn´t have to be perfect.
Infact I just looked at it and didn´t really notice a soooo dramatic mistake, like drawing a deformed hand that is preaty much the main focus of the pic, and I think the idea was good, too.
But if you want to go for perfection, then it´s your choice and I won´t stand in your way.

Off course, I also think that in comics the story is more important than the drawing. But I think everyone who make something want to go for perfection.^^
