oooooh i love how this one came out. x3 I dunno, maybe it's the colors or the pose or whatever. I like it. I was thinking along the lines of "Well, if it's a legendary pokemon then they have to dress like something high and mighty." something like that.This is half of a commission I took over at a Pokemon forum i'm on. The next one I gotta color is Leafeon. :3

I always pictured Raikou as a guy but this works out really well. ^.^ I love how you took the butterfly looking X-ish thing(whiskers?!) and made it a necklace, super creative!

I agree with you but this is what the person asked for. If it were up to me, i would've drawn all of my human pokemon as males.

Well, Raikou is from the Jhoto season so it isn't THAT new. I only care for the 150 and some of the pokemon in Jhoto.

Nicely done, yellows and light violet hues do mesh together quite well. And the pose is great as well, it gives off a " hey don't mess around, I got poke'-powers!" type of vibe.
