Description
This dress was made for a Harry Potter photo shoot held in NJ in January of 2007. The dress took me about a month and a half in total to make. The bodice is a boned and laced corset with black lace trim on the collar and sleeves. The petticoat was bought at the Goodwill but the dress was completely hand made. The Cloak was made out of a heavy upholstery velvet for warmth and the dress was made from taffeta and cotton.

Edit: This cosplay was made LONG before Half-Blood Prince came out in theaters, so we had no idea what Narcissa would look like in the movie. This dress was my own design based on how I thought Mama Malfoy looked in the books.
