I guess you would have to know what's going on. I'll explain. Ed is hurt and has to go to the hospital to get better. Winry is coming to fix his arm. Then they have a fight, so Winry calls him a bean just to get him mad. The fight started over Ed not drinking milk and Winry said you should since its good for you. Ed yells back and Winry says "Thats why your as small as a bean!"
