Another Pokemon Hoodie commission. This time its Dratini made for my friend Val, also known as Victoria Belmont of the Cosplay Burlesque crew.

Kept this one fairly simple as far as modifications go although I will be making one add on in the upcoming future of a tail. Still I think its insanely adorable and comfy nonetheless. Was wearing it while working on another hoodie to "test" its comfort (it was actually frigid cold that day and the fleece is alot warmer than my other hoodies).
